Summary: There are two actors that Mr. Media believes cannot work enough and Billy Campbell is one of them. (Bruce Campbell—no relation—is the other.) Campbell stars in NBC's new miniseries "Meteor" as Jack Crowe, a Los Angeles police officer, who tries to protect his family from his crazy and corrupt ex-partner, Calvin Stark (Michael Rooker, "JFK"), as well as from the meteorites falling from the sky. He recently appeared in Ghost Town, opposite Ricky Gervais. Campbell starred with Sela Ward in the critically acclaimed drama "Once and Again." During the series run, the show was nominated in 1999 for a Golden Globe for Best Drama Series and Campbell was recognized with a nomination for Best Performance By an Actor in a Television Series-Drama. He also won a People's Choice Award for Best Male Performer in a New Series. Campbell is still recognized for the cult classic The Rocketeer with Jennifer Connelly. His feature film credits also include Gettysburg, The Night We Never Met, Bram Stoker's Dracula and Enough opposite Jennifer Lopez
