Summary: Good morning it's Norm(?) here. The December the tenth Monday back to work starting the work week eleven days till vacation time. Yes this is Jess. Norm the same guy who ran a thirteen point one mile road race yesterday and I know I'm completing(?) that yes I did I completed it. I finished it wasn't ready to do I care boo. I I don't wanna get into all the details here on a walk break cos I'd like to talk more about it on I pod(?) and review some of the data that I have to look at which I didn't do yesterday but essentially(?) long story short I'm I think this is a race(?). It was it was nice for me to run given(?) the time.
