I found an interesting piece in the Wall Street Journal comparing the Senate bill, House Bill, what Obama proposed on Sept. 9, 2009, and what he proposed three days ago. So what do we make of all this? Hard to tell since there's not a final version yet, but we know where they want to go with it by looking at the four versions side by side.
