I played a Megaphone track on my last Christmas show and vowed that I would bring this awesome rock band back for a solo engagement. All of their podsafe tunes are featured on this mid-month episode of the JTP and sequenced for a really fun 30 minute run. It's mostly easy going jogging and running with a long interval run at 172 BPM. If you're not used to that speed, run it for 30 seconds then slow your pace or shorten your stride.
