Summary: Brig. Gen. Rhonda Cornum, director of the Army’s Comprehensive Soldier Fitness program, will discuss how the Army is training its soldiers mentally as well as physically. CSF is the Army's effort to increase its ability to prevent problems before they occur. The intent of the program is to ensure that a Soldier’s mental and emotional health is addressed equally to his or her physical health. The Army’s goal is to improve Soldier performance and readiness.
