Summary: U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Michael L. Oates, Director, Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), will discuss JIEDDO’s current efforts to rapidly provide comprehensive counter-IED support to deployed warfighters and its direct support of the surge in Afghanistan.
