Carolyn Collins, Chief, SHARP division, and Charles Cosgrove, general attorney in the Office of the Judge Advocate General, Criminal Law division, will provide conference updates and take your questions. The summit focuses on the Army’s four-phase sexual assault prevention strategy, as well as the Army’s partnerships with national counterparts. A focus of the Army’s SHARP strategy is influencing soldier behavior through daily leadership of senior non-commissioned officers. This is Phase II of the program and puts a focus on educating first-term soldiers; accountability; NCO action and leadership; and raising the level of authority to dispose of founded cases.
