Jamil Zainashef, Colin Kaminski and Chris Graham cover the use and advantages/disadvantages of common fermentation vessels; plastic, glass, and stainless steel. Also, the three get into heated discussions about their preferred fermentors, which makes for a good time to be had by the rest of us!
