Summary: DENVER , Three Western states were poised Tuesday to become the first to legalize recreational marijuana use for adults, but early results were too close to call. With 19 percent of the vote counted, Colorado's Amendment 64 was ahead by a margin of 53 percent to 47 percent. Results for the other two measures , Oregon's Measure 80 and Washington's Initiative 502 , were not yet available.
