Another question about 'fresh content'.

The SEO Advisor-Home Business Marketing show

Summary: I am currently developing content for a web site and have a question that hopefully you may be able to answer. You frequently state that adding 'fresh content' to your site is one of the best ways to increase your page rank with the major search engines. Unfortuately most of the pages on my site will contain evergreen content with little need to add fresh content... For example, assume my site was all about furniture refinishing. It might have a page on how to sand drawers, a page on how to repair wood gouges, and a page on how to apply stain. Let us also assume this content is the best written and most comprehensive ever written on the subject. There would be no reason to ever add fresh content to these pages, right? Sure, I could spend lots of time re-writing/re-phrasing/re-structuring copy, but this seems to be to a huge waste of time that adds no value to the user.
