Summary: Not THAT movie. This Jack Frost is about a serial killer, some secret military goop, and killing people with the power of terrible puns. Our boy turns into a snowman, conveniently in the snowman capital of the world, and commences to slash and wisecrack. Less than the sum of it's parts, unfortunately. PS - We KNOW where the carrot was in the bathtub scene.
