Summary: Dial "M" for money. Canadians complain about the high price of cellphone contracts, the high costs of canceling them, and those pesky hidden fees that sometimes has them pulling out more than a few coins. We've heard the horror stories, but now the CRTC wants to hear them too, during public hearings. And the regulator is set to come up with a national code of conduct for Canada's cellphone providers.
