Summary: In this first Smiling Mind session we will guide you through one of the basic components of Mindfulness Meditation; feeling your breath move in and out of your nose and belly. For the next six minutes we will take you on a short journey to the Land of Mindfulness, a place inside you where you are safe and strong. The easiest way to do this exercise is by sitting comfortably in a quiet room where you won’t be disturbed or distracted.
