Summary: Prof. Neil Gunningham is a lawyer and interdisciplinary social scientist who holds professorial appointments with the Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) and with the Fenner School of Environment and Society. Most recently his research has focused on climate change governance, examining how individual states and key actors within them, international institutions and key non-state actors, perceive the challenges and their negotiating possibilities and options.
