Summary: Video games and movies have focused on the tacticool side of urban combat. There needs to be some background of the subject of urban combat. There several settings that we need to understand before we look at our settings. We'll examine the transition from the killing fields of Europe to the allies and sewers of Stalingrad. We will talk briefly about the incorporation of this into today's conflicts. We'll finish up looking at home defense.
