Summary: Yay I am back! Well let’s hope it was worth the wait. What’s been happening, well a ton! Started swimming; kinda really like it, started running again, I am now in week three of this training cycle…yes I am back on a plan; go figure! Looking for a slow build up with lots of speed work and a lofty, lofty target. Worked out the first six months of next year racewise, I joined a gym and I was accepted by Sugoi as a brand champion…very cool clothing! So come with me for a set of intervals on tonight’s run…they’re so good they hurt, and I'll tell you all about it as I huff and puff along the beach path!
