Summary: Perhaps a little heavier subject matter than we are accustomed to here on The BBQ Central Show tonight. I was joined by a representative from Kristie’s Foundation (http://www.kristies.org) to talk about what Kristie's nfoundation does. They provide end of life care to terminally ill children…they are currently in the process of building only the 2nd facility of its kind in the nation. This is a great organization and they are going to have a great bbq benefit in May.
