Summary: During the 2nd segment, I will be joined by Meathead Goldwyn, creator of the Amazing Ribs website. Meathead has promised to come on in order to shock the bbq and grilling world with his take and the terms barbecue and grilling and what they actually mean. In an effort to bring some kind of differing perspective, I will, as necessary, argue where I feel he is being deficient in his insight. I have long held the position that these terms can not be used interchangeably so we will see how comes out on the other side of this argument alive!
