Matt Barber, Pitmaster of Hot Wachulas BBQ Team, joins me to talk about his Reserve Grand take at that event and his toughts about moving on to the next round. Scott Roberts, from Scott Robers Web, will round out the first hour doing his monthly review of some new BBQ sauces and rubs that are currently on the market. Hour 2: Emmy award winning TV producer and creator of the BBQ Pitmasters TV show, John Markus, will join me to talk about the new season. We will hit all items to include audition tapes, who makes the final decision on teams, the show format, when it will air and everything else related to this show.
