Summary: Hour 1: Show favorite and regular contributor to the show, Canada's very own BBQ & Grilling expert Ted Reader, joins me to talk fire and smoke. We will be touching on a number of different items to include Lenten recipes for the grill, a few cold weather grilling/BBQ tips, what the most important BBQ/Grilling tools are to have and plank grilling basics. Joe Haynes joins me in the 3rd segment to talk a bit about his experience being a KCBS CBJ . He is currently working to obtain his Master CBJ certification and will be doing is first competition in May. Joe recently took a trip to central Texas where he visited some of the most famous bbq joints in the world. He is going to share his experience with us and give us his top pick of the bunch! He is also going to share some interesting info on "Virginia BBQ". Hour 2: The Houston Livestock and Rodeo took place this past weekend. During that event one of the biggest BBQ competitions during the year went off. Matt Sprouls, one of the Motley Que BBQ Crew members who won the competition, will join me to talk about thier big weekend. Closing out the show is MMA Creative President and CEO Mike McCloud.
