Summary: This week we are trying to gather together all the various elements and news that are likely to be pushing the real estate market one way or another over the next 6 months to a year. Unemployment, retail, foreclosures, shadow inventory... it all will play a part in our market and we will try to figure out how that will effect the world of real estate.
