Along with a few other interesting tidbits.</p> <p>Chili Recipe - </p> <p>1 lb ground beef</p> <p>1 onion diced</p> <p>1 green bell pepper diced</p> <p>1 jalapeno (or better yet, a chipotle pepper)</p> <p>1 can diced tomatoes</p> <p>1 can beans (pinto, kidney, black...your choice or if making 2x or 3x, use a variety of beans)</p> <p>season to taste with - chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt & pepper. start with a little and keep adding until you get it the way you like it. you can always add more but ya can't take it out.</p>
