Make your carbohydrates leafy greens.</p> <p>You don’t have to worry about counting your carbs from vegetables. They also provide fiber, which is important for the health of your good microbes. </p> <p><br></p> <p>3. Don’t eat unless you’re hungry. </p> <p>Don't get into the habit of eating according to the clock. Avoid eating just because everyone else is eating.</p> <p><br></p> <p>4. Try exercise snacks. </p> <p>Take advantage of various opportunities during the day to get more exercise. Take breaks during computer work and go for a walk.</p> <p><br></p> <p>5.
