Summary: <p>Happy Monday, Goons! For our final Monday for Full Moon April here on Slashers Podcast, your hosts talk a Full Moon classic, 1989's Puppet Master. Join Jason, Ade and Austin once again as they actually stay on topic today as they talk one of our childhood favorites, featuring everyone's favorite puppets. The film is written by Charles Band but directed by David Schmoeller, and stars William Hickey, Paul Le Mat, Irene Miracle, Jimmie F Skaggs, and a cameo from Barbara Crampton. The film follows psychics who find themselves plotted against by a former colleague, who committed suicide after discovering animated, murderous puppets. Its popularity spawned 15 more sequels and other variations of different puppets, and developed a huge cult following since its release.
