Summary: In partnership with the British Council, the Royal Academy commissioned UK designers, Asif Khan and Pernilla Ohrstedt to create a pavilion for Singapore's architecture festival in October 2011. A panel of respondents including Kelvin Ang, conservation architect and former Head of Heritage Studies, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore, and Christopher Woodward, director of the Garden Museum, critique and discuss the pavilion.
