Summary: <p><strong>Today’s guest is Rachel Fulton-</strong> Rachel is a podcaster, producer and student best known for hosting The Impact 89Fm’s podcast, The State and for being the Director of Podcasting for WDBM, which is the top position at Michigan State University’s student radio station, The Impact. She is studying Journalism at Michigan State - which happens to be my alma mater.
