The Disney+ IC Rating - clip from TWT 37

Summary: Disney+ has had disclaimers before some of the older movies saying that there are some insensitive and outdated references. Apparently they also get an IC rating which stands for Insensitive Cultural references. I have one question in this clip, who is this for??
