A couple of reminders concerning the IronPAX Challenge: Reminder 1: All workouts will be designed so that ALL pax can finish, even if modification is necessary. Pull-ups, for example, can be modified to jumping pull-ups or rows. Scoring will take care of itself as these movements will likely yield a slower time. Reminder 2: It’s not our job to police the PAX nor do we intend to question anyone’s scores. Proctors are strongly encouraged and I would hope that no man would knowingly submit a false time/score. We are better than that. A video would be great if you suspect you’ll be in the top 10. Reminder 3: Regional Competition – The more PAX you have signed up AND participating the better. The objective is to increase participation from PAX of ALL abilities. No one should sit out because they think they will hurt their region. Reminder 4: It’s only 4 total boot camps across all of September. Don’t be intimidated. It’s free. Have fun with it and make some new friends. And remember…there is always someone better than you out there so don’t lose sleep about it. Reminder 5: Always use #IPC2022 when Tweeting about your exploits in the self-proclaimed greatest athletic competition in the ultraverse.
