The system can now be used by creators as a base for different genre packs that can be written for the base ruleset. <br> <br> <br> <br> From the files of the “Strange but True” news desk we have discovered a <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/findphil/cthulhu-suncatcher?ref=discovery&amp;term=cthulhu">Cthulhu Suncatcher</a> is currently being funded on Kickstarter. Actually, this project is already funded, so it is going to happen. It is a sculpture of Great Cthulhu poking his head through a R’lyehian portal. It will be cast in a color-tinted resin so sunlight can pass through it.
