We talk to lead singer Brian Ishiba about the band's new single "A Little While", his writing inspiration, the SEO-influenced band naming process and more!</p> <p>About Joy Weather: Songwriter Brian Ishiba and bandmates Ed Baida and Joey Grabmeier (bass and drums, respectively) initially joined forces in 2016 under the moniker Royce. After recording and playing together for a little over a year, the group was put on hold when Brian moved to Tokyo.
