Summary: By Richard Hunt The ability of technology to help emergency responders was proven recently in eastern Tennessee. A teenage girl, who was walking her dogs in a mountain area, went missing. Volunteers with Bean Station Fire and Rescue were called in to assist in the search. “We were probably on the scene within 10 minutes of being dispatched and within another 10 minutes we had the girl located.” That’s because of the drone being piloted by Brandon Ramsey.
