Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Orange County Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell received her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law. The youngest candidate to be elected to the Orange County Commission, Clerk Russell served as a Commissioner for eight years before being elected as Orange County Clerk of Courts in 2014.
