She began her career at Kids Casting Agency in 1997 where she worked for 3 years and then opened up her own agency and talent studio in 2001. The Fame Talent Management & Studios operated for 7 years and in 2008 Sonya joined the team at Random Management, where where she has been actively involved in management for the past 12 years. She has worked with many young actors in developing them for stage and screen.
