Summary: Gonna be honest, Hughesy wasn't what I expected when I met him a year ago. Not sure what I expected but it wasn't the philosophical, spiritual, meditating seeker I now know. We've since done some training together (in the lockdown gaps) and continued down the conversational existential rabbit hole every time we connect. If you like contemplating the small stuff like reality, the meaning of life and overcoming our programming, you might enjoy this. I loved it.
