Summary: This week we picked two random Japanese films from the 2000's that deal with 2 Haunted Villages that have been sunken by a dam. We review faux documentary Noroi: The Curse (2005) about a journalist looking for a missing woman and child who somehow keeps disappearing every time he's close. He teams up with a few psychics to find the true horror of what's going on. Then we picked a new one that just released in the US called Howling Village (2019) by Takashi Shimizu who was the creator of Ju-on The Grudge. About a cursed and haunted location known as 'Howling Village'. When a family gets wrapped up in a few disappearances they fall deep and deep into the depths of this villages dark history.
