Summary: <p>In this episode, we are joined by Jacky Moran, to speak on the topic of PRUs (Pupil Referral Units) & Hidden Disabilities. </p><p> </p><p>Jacky has over 20 years’ experience in career guidance and employability in a wide variety of public sector organisations, including registered charities and the Third Sector.</p><p>She has developed a particular forte in working with disadvantaged groups including NEETs, clients with learning differences, women returners and BAME clients. </p><p> </p><p>She completed her MA in Career Guidance from Canterbury Christ Church University.
