#534 Death, Dying & Laughter - Jessie Williams

The You Project show

Summary: After Jessie Williams lost her first-born son in 2006, she experienced post traumatic growth thanks to her community. Her passion with 'GroundSwell' keeps her up at night and she invites everyone to be a part of the collective change around death and dying in Australia. The Groundswell Project works with individuals, organisations and communities to improve how people in Australia die, care and grieve. This was a beautiful, important and at times, confronting conversation. Personally, it challenged me on a range of levels and made me reflect deeply. Just letting you know (respectfully), that some people might struggle with aspects of Jessie's story, while many will find it beautiful, enlightening and fascinating. And for some, it will be both.
