Summary: Nicolette Richer (pronounced ree-shay) is a Canadian who, in the depths of winter, heads to a frozen lake most days (in subzero temperatures, obviously), cuts a hole in the ice and takes a plunge; a few adjectives spring to mind here but I've decided to go with... inspiring and courageous.
