So without any problem they went to the dietician and take suggestion from them. They are telling us avoid to eat salt in the body. Then we are leaving it. It causes so many problems. Generally, our body has already a mechanism or system that when any thing is less in our body we want to eat it and we are eating it. </li> <li> Drs are telling eat less salt but I think that no one is in the world that salt is eating more than his need. Can you eat salt more than your need? Maybe you will eat sugar unnecessary but salt never. But, we went to the dietician asking him how much we have to eat? I want to ask to the people that is he is the owner of your body? Did he knows your all needs better than you? Did he know how much exertion have you done? or you have not doing any exertion? </li> <li> Now people are of age 21 started to going dietician and asking them how much have to eat? What to eat? and obeying them and looking so pale that as like 60 years old person. Saying I want to live 100 years. </li> <li> Generally with our imagination power young generation must have to be strong without anyone's suggestion, fit and smart but they are in tremendous tension. Taking outside supplements to be strong. </li> <li> I want to explain here that totally we are giving control of our life to the knowledge system. No one is observing to our body, our eating habits, our manners and working as like software. It creating so many problems means we are leaving one thing it disturbs our mechanism of body. In this age we must have to live tension free but we are engaging with full of tension. Have a doubt that can I live a life 100 years?
