Summary: <p>In this episode, we are joined by Fauzia Jan, B.Ed., PG Dip (Additional Learning Needs), ATS, AMBDA, AFHEA, M.Ed. </p><p> </p><p>With over 20 years of experience teaching in primary schools, Fauzia is a Reading Specialist and presently teaches as a Reading Recovery teacher in a primary school alongside lecturing at a local college in the Teacher Training Department. Throughout her career she has undertaken scholarly activity achieving AMBDA and ATS having recently completed a Master’s in Education, achieving a Distinction.
