Summary: After having experienced his brother`s death, Chris Koehn architect and musician, enters the musical composition world as part of an introspective process. At the same time he is invited to write a theme song for the soundtrack of the movie: La Ultima y Nos vamos recorded at Honky Tonk Studios. He begins a composition and musical exploration process, with his former band performing at El Imperial , Bataclán and El Lunario. Years after, he starts his solo project signing with Indie Label : Noiselab Records.<br><br>EP.<br>Songs for Yoshimi self-produced by Chris, mixed and mastered at Noiselab Records, experiences the different music production possibilities learned with Phil Vinall. It retakes the acoustic sound of his strongest influences accompanied by harmonics, atmospheric vocals and cello. His melancholic / dark lyrics question our existence in life.<br>The title comes from Yoshimi his dog, who accompanied him every hour during the recordings. "It's amazing a dog's loyalty, it`s unconditional love and ability to get excited about every day`s small actions, without losing amazement and living each of these passionately. " Certainly it is something we should be aware of and apply to every day of or lives. Live in the present; we never know when we will leave this world. "(CK).<br><br>The official presentation of the physical EP, printed on certified paper (FSC) accompanied by the release of his first video "Tears of Recognition" was held on 23 January at El Imperial.
