Summary: First Peter, teaches us through our faith in Christ, God has caused us to be born again to a living hope. Because Jesus is raised from the dead, Peter asserts, our hope in Jesus ... Jesus our mediator, our go between to the father which he tells our petitions and because our mediator his son brought the petition God our father hears and anwsers. Yet, we suffer through trials and tests often.
