I wanted to start by saying you were the FIRST model podcast I found, and I haven’t stopped listening yet!<br> I started this Amati 1/72 U-47 Resin and Photo Etch u-boat early last year. This was my first time working with PE. I’m thinking the smart move would have been to get other kits with just a few PE parts. I’m not smart. The big task was building the deck and superstructure all PE with a frame. After the months of completing this, I needed a break! You guys helped get me going again on this kit because “PE is somebody’s friend” (not mine). Anyhow, I did find some real comfort in putting all the rungs and decking on the conning tower. You’ve definitely made me a believer. Thanks for all your great podcasts.
