I am 34 now and a single parent with a 9-year-old daughter. I went through a divorce, abuse, trauma, several heartbreaks, losses, immigration, depression, anorexia, bulimia, body shaming and I am a fighter, an ironwoman, as my father and an ex liked to call me and still standing! I am still going through heartbreak as my last boyfriend of 5 years left me to pursue fun and other women. I met him during my divorce. I love entertainment. I am an entertainment journalist, a publicist, and editor and I have interviewed a lot of celebrities and covered the 2019 Oscars. I want to empower women who have been abused, left, oppressed and be their voice for change. I have seen my mother oppressed growing up and still do, I have been through it with my father, men I dated, men in business and I worked with.
