Summary: Glenda-Ray and I discussed being in the hospital and nearly dying, "we have to feel it to heal it", working with animals, energy healing as an intuitive, having multi-dimensional journeys, talking to animals, being silent and the cost of not speaking up. A published author twice, with a YouTube channel and meditation IN HER WORDS: As a child, I had an experience of not being seen nor heard hiding behind the curtain for fear of what might happen if I shared my thoughts, feelings, emotions and spoke my innermost truths. All of these un-expressed thoughts, feelings, and emotions had to "go" and find a voice somewhere. My soul chose the seat of anger- the liver to scream out there and be heard, acknowledged and received. This led to a near "death" experience as a young adult. Through that powerful life-changing journey, I commanded to be shown another way to heal, transform and empower my life. Various alternative healing modalities literally showed up at my doorstep. Through the exploration of these alternative modes of healing, I found my voice and began sharing my truths, deep inner wisdom gleaned from my transformation....books, articles, sacred stories wrote themselves. Through the sharing of these deep inner truths, giving them a voice, it came into my awareness that the only One that could truly see me, hear me, love me, acknowledge me was myself. With no longer pointing fingers at my parents and others, casting blame for my experiences, all that interfered with allowing Self-Love, Self-acceptance, fell away. Today, I now experience a very different Mother- One that sees me, loves, hears, acknowledges the gift that I am- reflecting the self-healing of the Mother-child relationship with-in me. All other relationships in my life began to reflect the Self-love, self-acceptance from with-in too, as All relationships whether that be to a significant other, friend, colleague, health, personal, spiritual growth, etc., is a relationship to One -Self. There is no Other- The Other is You. Other gifts and golden nuggets of wisdom that revealed themselves through this powerful journey of Self-Love, of allowing and giving myself permission to love and accept myself, having compassion for All of my experiences, was the awareness that I am and We are the Master Creators of our reality and that we can transform our lives, integrate lessons in the moment so that energy does not get trapped in the body to manifest as disharmony - physical, mental-emotional...or any other form-- rather through Self-realization -integrating lessons and healing by simply having the pure intent of calling the wisdom forth. In this way, we no longer repeat the pattern or create other experiences to learn the lesson. Additionally, by sharing the wisdom gleaned, we All heal. Healing for One is healing for All.
