I'm your host Natasha, coming at you with the last episode ever recorded on my piece of shit old desktop. It's the end of an era. A slow, clunky, beach-bally era. <br>This episode, RoShawn and I talk about how we have some reservations about the fact that in some ways, this book feels like a step backward in terms of its treatment of female characters. We have the oh-so-original trope of women being targeted by a serial killer, a sexual aspect to their deaths, and then Molly the hot young woman just HAPPENS to be the one to actually experience an orgasm in front of the two men. Not a great start. RoShawn is willing to wait to come to any conclusions because Butcher has built up some goodwill by now, but he's gonna have to work extra-hard to get us on board. <br>I am very interested in hearing what you all think!
