Ed continues the topic of safety and what has changed significantly so that people do not die from wreck’s anymore. They switch gears and discuss Autotempest.com and its ability to search multiple car sites with little time as well as Road and Truck magazine and its new format. Though it is convenient to go on the internet, Ed still enjoys reading and holding a magazine. Karl is also the Executive Analyst for ISeeCars.com and Executive Publisher at CarExpert.com. He and Alan discuss the 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat, and how it is almost sold out everywhere. It is the only 3 row SUV muscle car with 710 horsepower and the need to have one is almost like a drug for auto lovers. They switch over to the GMC’s new electric Hummer and its 1000 horsepower. Alan worries that the electric grid will not be able to hold up with so many new electric vehicles being made. But like all good fads, Alan believes electric cars will fade out.
