Then we discuss a clip of Vice President, Mike Pence, announcing the Electoral College vote totals declaring Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as the next President and Vice-President as well as a clip of Jim Acosta reporting on Trump threatening Pence after being told that Pence wouldn’t overturn the Electoral College. Then we discuss clips of Rafael Warnock and Jon Ossoff declaring victory in the GA Senate runoff election and then Joe gives us a sad Clown Car Update with a parody about the Deplorable Awards. Next we discuss clips of Joe Biden speaking after the invasion of the Capitol, Joy Reid’s take on how the rioters were treated compared to peaceful Black Lives Matters protesters, and a CNN report that Trump was borderline enthusiastic watching the mob of his supporters storm and ransack the Capitol. Then we discuss clips of Speaker Pelosi demanding that Pence use the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from the Presidency for inciting armed insurrection against America and threatening Impeachment of Trump if he doesn’t, Jonathan Swan reporting how the Cabinet is ignoring Trump and operating as if he is not the President, and we close out the show discussing a clip of Mary Trump predicting Trump’s post-presidential life at Mar-A-Lago.
