A star-making performance, Christine gives her all during her solo and collapses onstage. Raoul rushes to her side and they re-kindle a friendship and romance that is squelched by mysterious happenings at the opera-- the Opera Ghost is making demands, murdering stage-hands, and even goes so far as to kidnap Christine.
