He had thought they should make it work for the sake of their daughter, but due to the toxic nature of his ex wife and her family, he eventually left and now has full custody of their daughter. He shares how he was originally interested in and dated her friend, but after she moved back to her home country of Germany, he started dating his now ex wife.
